Our mission
From healthcare data to decision-ready evidence, helping treatments reach patients earlier
Our mission is to make clinical development a continuous learning process—so each study builds on existing knowledge and brings effective treatments closer to patients.
Evinexus builds digital twin cohorts from real-world oncology data, so sponsors can plan trials that need fewer patients and reach decisions earlier.
Most trials relearn what earlier studies already showed.
Each randomized trial enrolls its own control arm, even when earlier trials and routine care have already shown how patients on the standard of care fare. That adds enrollment and follow-up time, asks more patients to take the comparator, and keeps rigorous trials out of reach for many smaller sponsors and rarer cancers.
We believe what one study learns should strengthen the next.
What changes when each study builds on existing knowledge
Smaller control arms
Digital twin cohorts can supplement or stand in for a trial's control arm, so more enrolled patients receive the treatment under study.
Earlier decisions
Existing control evidence can bring a trial's primary analysis forward, and feasibility and design questions can be tested before the first patient enrolls.
Trials within reach of more sponsors
Smaller trials let smaller sponsors pursue rigorous development, including in cancers too rare to fill a large control arm.
Evidence that holds up to review
Each cohort is reviewed by clinicians and tested by reproducing completed randomized trials, without exposing any individual's records.
Plan trials that need fewer patients, with digital twin data and a platform built to support them
License a cohort for a defined study question and use the evidence platform to examine its characteristics, outcomes and assumptions. Scientific support connects the data to the analysis.

Room to test more promising treatments
When each trial builds on what is already known, the same patients and time can test more treatments, including in patient populations that conventional trial designs leave behind.
